Candidates must be safety-minded, dependable, and willing to travel as needed. Duties Read and interpret structural steel drawings and erection plans. Erect structural steel, joists, decking, stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals. Safely operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers. Bolt, align, plumb, and connect steel members. Perform rigging and signaling for crane operations. Work safely at heights while using proper fall protection. Assist with unloading, staging, and organizing materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow OSHA and
