Steel Erector Dynamic Fabrication Solutions, LLC Lorena, TX Job Details Full-time $18 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Industrial equipment Full Job Description Overview As a Steel Erector, you will be responsible for erecting structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings, miscellaneous metals, and other steel components on commercial and industrial construction projects. Candidates must be safety-minded, dependable, and willing to travel as needed. Duties Read and interpret structural steel drawings and erection plans. Erect structural steel, joists, decking, stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals. Safely operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers. Bolt, align, plumb, and connect steel members. Perform rigging and signaling for crane operations. Work safely at heights while using proper fall protection. Assist with unloading, staging, and organizing materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow OSHA and
EM 385-1-1
safety requirements. Work efficiently with crew members to meet project schedules. Experience Previous experience in structural steel erection preferred. Ability to read construction drawings is a plus. Experience operating aerial lifts and telehandlers preferred. Knowledge of rigging and fall protection practices. Must be able to lift 75+ pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to work at heights. Valid driver's license required. Join us to build strong foundations—literally! Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
