Job Description
Coastline Equipment Inc., a manufacturer of custom food processing equipment, is seeking 2-3 skilled Metal Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding, metal fabrication, and assembling custom equipment. This is a hands-on opportunity to build high-quality, custom machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Depending on the project, you may also have the opportunity to travel to customer sites to install, commission, and start up the equipment you helped build. What You'll Do TIG/MIG weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Fabricate sheet metal components: cutting, bending, punching, drilling, grinding, assembling Read and interpret shop prints accurately Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality control Travel to customer sites for installs and preventative maintenance Communicate directly with clients during installs and service visits Write job reports following field service work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years welding experience (TIG preferred) Strong sheet metal fabrication skills Ability to read blueprints and ask questions when clarification is needed Solid math skills for measurements and layout Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel (up to 2 weeks at a time) Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers Compensation & Benefits

- $40 per hour (DOE)
