Overview We are seeking a experienced Landscape Designer / Sales professional, 3 + years, to join our energetic team. This role combines creative landscape design with proactive sales efforts, offering an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills and client relationship expertise. You will be instrumental in designing innovative landscapes while driving sales growth for our company. The position will primarily develop Landscape plans, estimates, proposals, and sales. Responsibilities Creation of plans, estimates, and proposals. Working with customers to make sure your plans are meeting their needs Horticulturist/landscape experience required. Landscape and hardscape designs Project management from design to project completion Preparing orders for soft and hardscape materials. Misc. clerical tasks. Answering customer phone calls and questions. Retail sales. Self-starter with the ability to interact with office personnel and customers in a positive and friendly manner Ability to work independently and follow up with customers as needed. Strong customer service skills are a necessity. Completing paperwork and material ordering and tracking. Required Experience 3 years of Landscape Design, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. Proven experience in landscape design or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or MicroStation for drafting and design development Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscaping techniques, and sustainable design practices Experience in construction estimating, project management, and land surveying processes Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and landscape maintenance procedures is highly desirable A valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
