Responsibilities Operate and monitor pumping systems to maintain consistent oil and gas flow rates across multiple well sites. Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as pipelines, pumps, and rigging gear to identify issues early and perform troubleshooting as needed. Manage crew members by assigning tasks related to equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and site operations. Ensure all personnel use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow OSHA safety standards during daily activities. Perform heavy equipment operation including cranes, forklifts, and other machinery necessary for site upkeep and equipment handling. Maintain detailed records of pump operations, maintenance activities, safety checks, and incident reports. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including respiratory protection measures and outdoor work safety practices on construction or oil rig sites. Qualifications Proven experience with pipeline management, rigging, or operating oil rigs in outdoor or construction environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively. Experience with pump operation and pumping systems used in oil & gas production. Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and familiarity with OSHA regulations related to industrial safety. Valid commercial truck driving license preferred for transportation between sites. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely in outdoor settings while following strict safety protocols. Prior experience working on construction sites or in environments requiring respiratory protection and PPE use is highly desirable.
