Job Summary The Casing Crew Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing the casing crew while ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of well casing and cementing operations in support of uranium ISR drilling activities. This position oversees field personnel, coordinates daily operations, manages cement logistics, maintains equipment, and ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Essential Responsibilities Lead, supervise, train, and develop the casing crew while promoting a strong safety culture. Coordinate daily casing and cementing activities with drilling operations to meet production schedules. Oversee bulk cement batching, mixing, pumping, and placement to ensure consistent, high-quality well construction. Coordinate delivery and inventory of cement, casing, and related materials to project sites and drilling locations. Ensure proper installation of casing and adherence to company specifications and regulatory requirements. Manage preventative maintenance and repairs for cementing equipment, pumps, mixers, trailers, and support vehicles. Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and inventory records. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and control operating costs. Work closely with drilling supervisors, geologists, mechanics, vendors, and management to support project objectives. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, MSHA, OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum five years of experience in casing, cementing, drilling, or related field operations. Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining heavy equipment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to remote project locations as required.
