Job Description
Overview We are in search of a committed and seasoned Loader Operator to become a vital member of our team. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather events. Prospective candidates must be prepared to work during nighttime hours and, at times, during the day amidst snowstorms. Our operations involve plowing snow in the early morning hours, prior to the opening of local businesses for the day. We are looking for the best of the best to operate our new equipment fully equipped with metal pless plows taking care of commercial and federal properties. passing a background check and being a team player is a must! Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience operating full-size front-end loaders with removal of snow not just loading but also plowing of snow
- Proficient in making real-time adjustments
- Familiarity with general maintenance of equipment, including greasing, oil replenishment, and conducting pre-trip inspections.
- References are mandatory.
