Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to run machines on dirt work and site prep jobs. You'll be operating equipment like dozers, excavators, skid steers, and loaders. Duties Operate heavy equipment for site prep, grading, trenching, and excavation Load trucks and move dirt, rock, and materials Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues Keep equipment clean and running properly Work safely around other crew members and laborers Follow all safety rules and job site procedures Requirements 3-5 years operating heavy equipment (excavation or dirt work preferred) Good attitude and able to take direction Reliable, shows up on time, and works safely Willing to help wherever needed on the job site Valid driver's license Able to climb in and out of equipment multiple times a day
