❌❌ Heavy Equipment Operator - Earthmoving & Site Development Yahav Agritech Consulting LLC is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for large-scale earthmoving and site development projects in the Yuma area. We are looking for operators with experience in civil construction, road building, mining, land development, or earthmoving . Experience with Topcon GPS machine control systems is highly preferred. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform land clearing, excavation, rough and finish grading, road construction, and site preparation. Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Work safely and efficiently as part of a team. Preferred Equipment Experience Bulldozers Motor Graders Hydraulic Excavators Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT) Water Trucks Rollers/Compactors Wheel Loaders Preferred Skills Topcon GPS machine control systems Finish grading Reading grade stakes and site plans Qualifications 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred. Experience in earthmoving, construction, mining, or roadwork. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in hot conditions. Pay & Benefits $25.00-$45.00 per hour , depending on experience.
