Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Site Safety Manager for a 3 to 6 month temp-to-hire opportunity supporting complex construction and renewable energy projects in Dateland, AZ. This is a senior-level, 100% on-site safety leadership role for an experienced EHS professional who can drive compliance, strengthen field safety performance, and support large-scale industrial infrastructure construction. This opportunity is ideal for a safety leader who values teamwork, accountability, and a proactive jobsite safety culture. You will partner closely with project leadership, construction managers, subcontractors, and field teams in a collaborative environment where strong communication, sound judgment, and visible leadership make a direct impact. The temp-to-hire structure offers long-term career potential for a candidate who is ready to take ownership of site safety and help build a high-performing, incident-prevention-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Safety Plan, Safety Roadmap, and site-specific EHS programs. Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and field observations to identify hazards and drive corrective actions. Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure compliance with project safety requirements, regulations, and industry standards. Lead incident and injury investigations, including root-cause analysis, corrective-action tracking, and safety reporting. Prepare weekly safety reports, including Total Case Incident Reports, and maintain accurate safety documentation. Provide senior-level safety leadership, coaching, and support during toolbox talks, safety meetings, training, and daily field activities.

Compensation:

$60 to $75 per hour.

Per Diem:

$1,121.40 per week for candidates living 100+ miles from the jobsite, including after conversion, subject to applicable company policies.
