NOW HIRING
for a class A tow truck driver. Auto Care Towing is a family owned company that has been serving the Watsonville area for over 35 years! We have a fleet of well maintained vehicles to respond to all towing calls such as lockouts, jumpstarts, towing all light duty to heavy duty vehicles, off-road recoveries and more! We also offer full-service heavy haul transport for heavy machinery and equipment. Our service area includes Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey counties. To qualify for position, candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Must have valid California Class A Commercial Drivers License
  • Must pass drug test and have a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Familiarity with different types of trucks, such as slide axle trailers and flatbeds
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Towing experience is preferred, but we do provide training for inexperienced qualified individuals, as well as continued education training for towing career advancement.
Rotator operation is a plus, but training is also available for the right person to learn on one of our 50 or 80 ton rotators!
