We provide forestry mulching, clearing, grading, excavating, and utility support services to major utility companies and home builders across the state. Job Overview:
We are seeking entry level heavy equipment operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a learning attitude and prior experience in the construction, forestry, or clearing and grading industries.

  • Operate and maintain bulldozers and excavators; and potentially mulchers, skid steers, rollers, etc.
  • Perform tasks including digging, grading, mulching, and earthmoving
  • Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
  • Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times Qualifications
  • 1 year of prior experience in the construction, forestry, clearing and grading industries
  • Commercial/CDL driving experience is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
