We're currently hiring seasonal team members for our Snow Division , with the potential for full-time, year-round employment for the right candidates. Year-round opportunities include benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
What You'll Do:
Safely operate snow plow equipment to clear commercial properties and sidewalks Use truck-mounted salt spreaders to apply de-icing products Operate heavy equipment (skid steers, backhoes, wheel loaders) to load salt and assist in snow operations Perform manual snow/ice removal on sidewalks and entryways as needed Maintain accurate records (time logs, equipment maintenance reports) Report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly Represent Freeman's professionalism and service standards at all times
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license (required) MDOT preferred Reliable transportation to and from work sites Availability to work on-call, 24/7 , depending on weather conditions Prior snow plowing experience (required) Experience with heavy machinery (required) Ability to use hand tools and operate vehicles safely in winter conditions Why Join Freeman's? On call (24/7 during winter storms) Day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
