Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skid Steer Operator to join our snow removal team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating skid steer loaders to efficiently clear snow from driveways and roadways. This role takes place as needed 24/7 throughout the winter months. Duties Operate skid steer loaders to perform snow plowing, relocation and removal. Clear snow from parking lots, walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas promptly and safely. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or equipment damage. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and communicating any issues promptly to management. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on Skid Steer operation. Basic mechanical knowledge of skid steer loaders and related snow removal equipment. Ability to operate Skid Steer in a safe and controlled fashion. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and machinery operation.
