Job Description

All Putnam Development, Inc. is searching for an experienced excavation equipment operator.
Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, dozers, and/or loaders for site prep, grading, trenching, and utility work Read and follow site plans and grade stakes accurately Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Coordinate with crew leads and general contractor staff on site progress Work safely around underground utilities and in occupied job sites.
Requirements:
2+ years operating excavation equipment Experience with residential and/or commercial site work Understanding of grade, slope and basic surveying references Valid drivers license: CDL a plus Pay is based on experience. Full-time, year-round work across Dutchess, Westchester, Dutchess, and Fairfield County.
Pay:
$26.14 - $31.48 per hour
