Job Description Yellowstone Local, a marketing agency helping home service and trades businesses grow, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support client projects with accurate, data-driven scheduling. In this role, you will build and maintain detailed construction schedules, track progress, and coordinate timelines with internal teams and client stakeholders. You'll analyze risks, adjust timelines, and prepare clear schedule reports that align with marketing, recruiting, and branding efforts. This collaborative position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys structure, communication, and driving on-time project delivery in a growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules for home-service and trades clients. Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather project timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Monitor progress, update schedules, and identify risks or delays, proposing adjustments as needed. Prepare and share regular schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts with clients and leadership. Align schedules with marketing, recruiting, and branding campaigns to support client growth goals. Optimize resource allocation and sequencing to improve efficiency and on-time completion. Support continuous improvement by analyzing schedule performance and recommending process enhancements. Maintain clear, timely communication to ensure transparency and accountability across all projects.
