Our Equipment Operators play a critical role in building projects from the ground up, specializing in the construction of concrete structures using commercial formwork systems. Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, dozers and skid steers safely and efficiently Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling Fine grade for slabs, footings, and foundations Read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes Complete daily equipment inspections Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction equipment operation Proven experience with excavators, dozers and skid steers (all yellow iron) Experience supporting concrete sitework preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred:
