Job Description

Established in 1933, The Joseph A Jeffries Company is currently seeking skilled full-time asphalt paver/roller operator for its upcoming season. The candidate for asphalt roller operator will be working on local commercial and industrial projects. In addition to a good work environment and competitive pay, we offer health insurance and 401(k).
Candidates must:
have a minimum of 2 years experience in asphalt paving have valid drivers license (CDL a plus) have ability to pass physical and drug screen be on time with consistent attendance wear personal protective equipment as stated by OSHA be willing to work overtime be motivated and hard-working
Paver/Roller Operator:
knowledge of proper equipment operation, break down and finish roll. operate machine and successive overlapping passes over surface to be compacted. Inspect for final quality We are an
