Job Summary We are seeking a organized Front Office and Loader Operator (REQUIRED
TO HAVE FRONT LOADER EXPERIENCE!
!) plus labor. This role combines front desk responsibilities with loader operations and when slow , ensuring smooth daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, office management, and equipment handling. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle office administrative tasks including, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Operate loaders and to load materials in all kinds of trucks and trailers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area and loading zones Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with general office needs Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Experience operating loaders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week

Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Required)
