Job Description
Key Responsibilities Operate front end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Load trucks, hoppers, conveyors, and processing equipment with materials.
Move, stockpile, and transport materials throughout the job site.
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, damage, or safety concerns.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, including fueling, lubricating, and cleaning equipment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, vehicles, and site conditions. Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members. Assist with site cleanup and other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, and walk for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Good vision and depth perception. Ability to work around dust,
