Paid every 2 weeks. Average about 20 hours of overtime per week. Willing to train the right applicants. DC Caliche LLC is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for our aggregates and plant operations in the Amarillo / Texas Panhandle area. You'll run and care for heavy equipment used in production and material handling. Experience is preferred, but we will train motivated applicants who show up ready to learn and work safely.

• Responsibilities
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, haul trucks, dozers, and related support equipment as assigned Follow plant and jobsite safety rules, including PPE and lockout/tagout when required Perform daily equipment checks and report issues promptly Load, move, and stockpile material as directed by plant managers and foremen Keep work areas clean and support production goals Communicate clearly with crew, mechanics, and supervisors Other duties as assigned •Requirements•Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather Reliable attendance; overtime when needed Prior heavy equipment experience preferred — not required; we will train the right person Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening •What we offer•Pay based on experience Paid every 2 weeks Average about 20 hours of overtime per week Training for the right applicants •How to apply:•Email your resume to careers@dccaliche.
