Job description: Looking for Operators Who Know How to Move Dirt and Get Work Done We're a Utah-based excavation and civil construction company building commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects across the region. From site development and underground utilities to grading and concrete work, we handle the groundwork that every successful project depends on. We're looking for experienced Equipment Operators who take pride in running machines the right way, working safely, and helping crews stay productive. If you know your way around dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, backhoes, or scrapers and you want to work with a solid crew that values hard work and reliability we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As an Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in excavation and underground utility projects by safely operating heavy equipment and supporting field crews in fast-paced job site environments.
