Residential Remodeler/ Painter

We're a residential remodeling company working throughout the East Bay — Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. Our projects include full interior and exterior remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and more. We're looking to add an experienced remodeler who also has strong painting skills to round out our team. You should take pride in your work, show up ready to go, and be able to work independently. Responsibilities Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces with a high level of detail and care, ensuring clean lines and smooth finishes Utilize hand and power tools to perform various remodeling tasks Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish carpentry work Install or repair windows, doors, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and appliances Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to manage construction sites efficiently and uphold safety standards. Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience Proficient with power tools Skilled and efficient painter — interior and exterior Skilled in at least 3 trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, basic plumbing/electrical) Works efficiently with strong attention to detail Keeps a clean, organized work site Has basic tools and reliable transportation (truck preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) or crew leadership experience is a plus What we offer Full-time work (W-2) $30-$35/hr based on experience Bi-weekly pay Sick time 401(k) offered Opportunity to grow into lead/foreman roles To apply please reply with: Your name Brief summary of your remodeling experience List of your key skills/trades City or area where you live Photos of your work are required to be considered a top candidate — applicants who include photos will be prioritized Any available references (name, relationship, and contact info) We care about craftsmanship, consistency, and building strong working relationships.
