In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces by applying paint, coatings, and finishes that meet precise specifications and aesthetic standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working on diverse projects that challenge and develop your skills every day. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through sanding, scraping, caulking, plastering, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute painting projects according to specifications Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, conventional spray painting, airless paint spraying, and construction spray painting techniques Perform construction site surface preparation for coatings on walls, ceilings, structural elements, stucco, masonry, and concrete finishing tasks Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and finishing work Conduct color matching using visual color comparison techniques to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes Follow safety regulations rigorously by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocol guidelines during all phases of work Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, or renovation projects with a strong portfolio of completed work Skilled in the use of ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment for working at heights safely Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including proper use of safety gear and respiratory protection equipment Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and surface preparation equipment Ability to perform surface preparation tasks such as caulking, plastering, masonry repair, stucco application, and fixture installation Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating thicknesses or material quantities Experience with carpentry (trim carpentry or frame carpentry), remodeling activities, or handyman work is a plus Knowledge of coating types suitable for different surfaces and environments along with an understanding of schematics related to industrial or commercial projects Reliable Transportation Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
