Professional Painter - Tampa RPGFL Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $20 - $35 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Facility maintenance painting Construction material handling Removing debris Construction painting Unloading Machine cleaning Mid-level Ladder use Renovation painting Quality issues Construction painting surface preparation Quality control problem-solving Materials handling Clean workspace maintenance Hand tools Spray guns (painting, coating and spraying tool) Caulking Full Job Description Selecting and knowing how to use the correct tools for various tasks Brush, roller, striping machine, taping and masking equipment, caulk gun, spray equipment, air compressor, hand tools, ladder, scaffolding, etc. Responsible for the application of varnish, polyurethane, primer, paint, caulk and other coatings Mask and prepare surfaces for coatings Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of paint Repair imperfections Perform exterior and interior painting of commercial buildings, drywall, steel, equipment, structures, etc. in a professional manor Prepare and protect work surfaces with drop cloths and masking Responsible for keeping the work area clean Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning of job site materials, and tools.
