Requirements:

Previous professional painting experience (required) Drug-free Reliable transportation Must have your own basic painting tools Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Able to take direction from Project Managers Professionalism in clients homes or businesses

Responsibilities:

Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, and masking Keeping job sites clean and organized Communicating professionally with supervisors and customers Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
