Painter

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, or other hand tools Perform specialized painting tasks including drywall plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry for detailed finishes Execute renovation projects involving restoration of old surfaces or remodeling of interiors and exteriors Use power tools such as drills, sanders, and spray guns efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Assist with construction estimating by assessing surface areas and material needs for accurate project planning Conduct maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during painting operations Experience Preferred but not required.
