00+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance or Annual Bonuses.

The Opportunity:
You will serve as the finishing expert for a premier design-build firm with a 40-year legacy of excellence. This role gives you the platform to elevate kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home additions through meticulous craftsmanship. You will be a vital part of a structured team that values modern design trends and long-term career growth. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Execute precision interior and exterior painting for complex residential remodeling and whole-home renovations. Prepare all surfaces through expert sanding, patching, caulking, and priming to ensure a flawless foundation. Apply specialized stains and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray systems with consistent, high-quality results. Coordinate with Project Managers and carpenters to align finishing schedules with broader construction timelines. Protect client property by securing flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures throughout the painting and curing process. Mentor junior team members by sharing advanced finishing techniques and technical knowledge of coatings. Maintain a safe and organized job site while upholding the company's reputation for superior customer service.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of professional painting experience, specifically within the residential remodeling sector. Advanced proficiency in the operation and maintenance of professional-grade spray systems and application tools. Comprehensive understanding of surface preparation and the chemistry of various architectural coatings. Proven ability to deliver clean lines and professional finishes under strict project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated experience working within a full-service design-build or high-end remodeling environment. Previous participation in formal technical training or industry-specific certification programs. Strong collaborative skills with a track record of working effectively alongside specialized carpentry teams.
