Hiring Expectations:
Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. 3+ years of residential painting experience preferred Experience leading painting crews and managing projects independently Residential repaint and multi-family painting experience preferred Experience working on older homes and pre-1978 properties preferred Knowledge of lead-safe painting practices preferred Proficiency in surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and minor repairs Experience with brush, roller, and spray painting applications Skilled in trim work and detailed finish painting Ability to perform minor repair and dry rot repair work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to maintain productivity while delivering professional results Professional communication and customer service skills Fluent English required Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Organized, dependable, and results-driven mindset SFW Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
