Job Description

PART-TIME
position (25-30 hours per week), responsibilities consist of: Trashing out units Deep cleaning units Painting Light repair work (drywall repairs, small appliance repairs, heater repairs, AC repairs, etc.) Landscaping We will train you in light repair work if you're willing to learn.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you able to pass a drug screen? Can you pass a criminal background check?
