Masonry Superintendent

Job Description

Job Overview Jollay Masonry is actively seeking experienced, highly motivated Superintendents for employment across our DMV project sites. They understand the importance of company guidelines and being detail oriented. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • The successful Superintendent will work with, train, and supervise on-site employees for all projects assigned
  • Complete all paperwork as required
  • Ensure that all work is complete according to company and product standard
  • Maintain all tools and equipment assigned to the project
  • Ensure that all required workforce and materials are onsite as scheduled
  • Complete necessary project documents as assigned
  • Assure all Company Safety, OSHA, and EEO requirements are being met
  • Make certain that all work is completed according to the project documents Requirements
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Strong organizational, technical and communication skills
  • Proficiency with plan and specification reading
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic understanding and ability to use computers/tablets, apps, and programs to perform job functions
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Masonry product and industry knowledge
  • Must have 3-5 years of masonry field experience
  • Construction experience in some related field Preferred
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification Compensation and Benefits The compensation is an hourly wage depending on experience, qualifications and geographical area.
There may be some overtime, especially if schedule deadlines need to be met.
