Site Work Equipment Operator

• Excavator & Skid Steer Rubes Excavation is hiring an experienced Site Work Equipment Operator. We are looking for someone with real excavation/site-work experience who can operate equipment efficiently and is also willing to get out of the machine and work with the crew when needed. Requirements Excavator experience

Must be willing to perform physical labor and work outside of the machine when needed Able to work safely around utilities, trenches, buildings, and other equipment Reliable and able to work as part of a crew Must show up on time and be ready to work Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Sewer and water installation Drainage and storm pipe Grading Trenching Foundation excavation and backfilling Site development Septic systems Reading grades and working with lasers Responsibilities Operate excavators and skid steers for site-work projects Dig trenches and excavations to proper depth and grade Perform grading, backfilling, loading, and material handling Work safely around existing utilities Assist with pipe installation and other site-work activities Perform labor and assist the crew when equipment operation is not needed Take care of equipment and report maintenance or mechanical issues Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and ability.
