Salary :

$23.30/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Community Development Summary :

This position requires knowledge of State and Oneida Nation Plumbing/Building codes, practices, tools and materials of the Plumbing trade, safety hazards and precautions in the trade, general knowledge of trade math and blueprint reading. Incumbent must be able to enforce regulations with firmness and tact, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications :
