Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Valid licensure for practice as an SLP in Wisconsin Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred Ability to work flexibly across diverse age groups and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with varied needs Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain thorough and accurate student records in compliance with state and federal regulations Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students communication goals Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed Actively participate in eligibility and IEP meetings across assigned schools Enjoy working a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly during the school year, following the academic calendar from August 31, 2026, to June 3, 2027.
