Job Description
Job Overview Join our construction team as a Stucco Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing building exteriors with skilled stucco application and related masonry work. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial facades, utilizing your expertise in concrete, plastering, and masonry techniques. As a key team member, you'll contribute to creating durable, aesthetically pleasing surfaces that stand the test of time while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers for stucco and masonry applications Mix and apply stucco, plaster, mortar, and other building materials according to project specifications Install rebar and metal lath to reinforce stucco systems and ensure structural integrity Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on-site Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and following safety protocols Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on stucco Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely in accordance with safety protocols Commitment to safety standards with adherence to all site safety protocols at all times This role offers an exciting chance to grow your skills within a collaborative environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship.
