Responsibilities Prepare sites by clearing, grading, and setting foundations to establish a solid base for pool installation. Construct pools using various building materials such as concrete, gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl liners while adhering to safety protocols. Execute hardscaping projects including decking, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor features that complement the pool area. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for excavation, material fabrication, and site adjustments. Collaborate with team members on remodeling or restoration projects involving plastering, stucco, drywall, caulking, or tile laying. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and best practices on-site. Skills Extensive construction management experience with a focus on outdoor hardscape and pool projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation safely and effectively. Experience with masonry, tiling, flooring installation, carpentry—including trim carpentry—and drywall finishing. Knowledge of remodeling processes including plastering, stucco application, restoration work, and fabrication techniques. Outdoor work experience is essential; ability to work in varying weather conditions is required. Knowledge or experience in operating heavy machinery is a plus but not required.
