In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing custom pools and related hardscaping features. Your expertise will help transform clients' visions into stunning reality while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise pool and hardscape installation. Construct and install pools using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance. Manage building material installation including plastering, stucco, drywall, caulking, tile laying, masonry, and flooring to achieve high-quality finishes. Execute hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living features with precision. Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, grading, and site preparation while adhering to all safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for efficient project execution. Maintain a clean and organized worksite; ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times during outdoor work environments. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on building pools or outdoor hardscaping projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry tools, carpentry (including trim carpentry), plastering, drywall installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, and cabinet installation. Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders in outdoor settings is a plus but not required. Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with a strong focus on safety protocol adherence. Familiarity with remodeling or restoration projects is a plus. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical plans effectively.
