Structural / Interior Finish Quality Checker We are seeking a Structural / Interior Finish Quality Checker to oversee the quality of contractor structural and interior finish work on a CRB project. The role involves observing work in progress, identifying quality issues, and following up with contractors and project supervisors until issues are addressed. Responsibilities

• Inspect structural and interior finish work against project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor contractor work, document deficiencies, and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractor supervisors and other trades where work overlaps.
• Provide clear field reports and escalate unresolved quality concerns. Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience overseeing or supervising contractors.
• Experience checking structural construction, interior finishes, or both.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination in active construction areas.
• Ability to read relevant drawings and communicate findings clearly to contractors and project teams.

Pay:
