Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential & Commercial Service Plumber to join our small family owned company. In this role, you will deliver top-quality plumbing services across residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient water systems, reliable repairs, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help clients maintain safe, functional plumbing systems while adhering to local building codes and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from routine maintenance to complex jobs, utilizing your plumbing experience and technical skills to make a real impact. This position will be 100% commission based, starting at 25% commission with a weekly & monthly bonus structure. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent backups Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction site machinery effectively for various plumbing tasks Interpret local building codes and regulations to ensure all work complies with legal standards and safety protocols Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or rerouting existing systems as needed Perform routine system maintenance and repairs on water systems, including pumps, valves, and pressure regulators Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment Skills Proven plumbing experience with a focus on service plumbing, installation, and repair in both residential and commercial environments Proficiency in soldering pipe and repair tasks Skilled in drain cleaning methods using augers, hydro jetters, or other specialized equipment Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy lifting techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Deep understanding of construction plumbing practices, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and plumbing regulations for compliance assurance Ability to operate company vehicles safely while managing tools and materials on-site Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of remodeling processes and handyman tasks Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately and calculating system specifications Physical ability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing or walking during inspections or installations Join our team as a Residential & Commercial Service Plumber if you're passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.
