Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and resolve plumbing emergencies with a calm and professional approach. Install and repair pipes, drainage systems, sinks, and toilets in both residential and commercial settings. Perform thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and provide expert advice to clients. Test plumbing systems for leaks, ensuring all work complies with health and safety codes. Select and install high-quality, cost-effective products for repairs and installations. Provide accurate time and cost estimates to clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout each job. Uphold our commitment to treating clients and their properties with respect, always leaving work areas clean and orderly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency, with experience in Service Titan or any other trade specific CRM is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, move, and use hands/arms for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to communicate clearly and focus on detailed tasks.
