Duties Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and other diagnostic equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with local building codes Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Collaborate with clients by providing clear explanations of work performed and offering maintenance advice for water systems and plumbing components Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems seamlessly into new or renovated spaces Use welding techniques when necessary for pipe repairs or modifications in complex plumbing setups Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance, repair, and installation in residential settings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other diagnostic equipment Knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience with construction site safety practices and heavy lifting requirements Familiarity with remodeling processes and handyman tasks related to plumbing upgrades or modifications Ability to operate heavy machinery or construction vehicles safely is a plus Previous experience in commercial plumbing or working on construction sites is advantageous but not required Join our team today and bring your expertise to exciting residential projects!
