We're a locally owned plumbing company looking for someone who can find the problem, explain the options clearly, and follow through with quality work. If you're comfortable taking ownership of a service call and earning a homeowner's trust, we'd like to talk. What you can look forward to Annual pay range of $75,000 to $110,000. The work You'll help homeowners with the plumbing problems that interrupt their day: leaking pipes, water heater trouble, backed-up drains, worn-out fixtures and water line repairs. We need a plumber who is as comfortable explaining a repair as completing it. Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options. Explain the scope and price clearly so the homeowner can make an informed decision. Complete approved repairs and installations with attention to safety, workmanship and the customer's home. Keep customers and the office informed, and document the work with clear notes and photos. Keep your truck, tools and work area organized, and leave the home clean. Participate in scheduled on-call coverage, including after-hours and weekend calls as needed. What we're looking for A minimum of 3 years of residential service plumbing experience. You should be ready to diagnose and run service calls independently. Hands-on experience with common residential repairs, water heaters, fixtures, leaks and drain problems. Clear, respectful communication and the ability to explain repair options without pressuring the customer. Dependability, good judgment and pride in finishing the job properly. A valid driver's license and a driving record suitable for a company service vehicle. Must pass a background check and a drug screen. Willingness and availability to take on-call assignments.
