What You'll Do As a Plumbing Installer, you'll perform residential plumbing installations while ensuring every project meets local plumbing code, manufacturer specifications, and Fiscor's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment. Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless), water softeners, filtration systems, pressure regulators, sewer and water lines, gas piping, and plumbing fixtures. Perform plumbing re-pipes and remodel installations. Ensure all work complies with Arizona plumbing code and local jurisdiction requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites. Perform system testing to verify proper operation and leak-free installations. Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process. Complete required paperwork, job notes, and photo documentation using company software. Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and management to ensure successful project completion. Maintain a clean, fully stocked company vehicle. Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Represent Fiscor Plumbing & Air with professionalism and integrity on every job. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and diagnostics. Experience installing water heaters, water treatment equipment, gas piping, sewer repairs, fixture replacements, and whole-home plumbing systems. Ability to read blueprints and plumbing layouts is a plus. Knowledge of Arizona plumbing codes and best installation practices. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Self-motivated and dependable. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
