This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity for plumbing technicians who already have real residential service experience and want strong earning potential, steady leads, a company-provided van, tools, training, and support. We are looking for technicians who can run residential service calls independently, communicate professionally with homeowners, diagnose plumbing issues, present options clearly, and complete quality work. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for experienced, licensed plumbing technicians who are serious, reliable, and ready for long-term opportunity. • Run residential plumbing service calls throughout Orange County
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately
• Explain repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
• Perform standard residential plumbing repairs and replacements
• Handle common plumbing service work such as leaks, toilets, faucets, shut-off valves, garbage disposals, water heaters, drains, and fixture replacements
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Present options and pricing in a clear and ethical way
• Complete quality work and maintain a clean job site
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Take care of the company van, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Requirements
• Valid plumbing license required
• Residential service plumbing experience required
• 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Clean driving record required
• No DUI
• Must be insurable to drive company vehicles
• Strong customer communication skills
• Comfortable presenting options to homeowners
• Able to run service calls independently
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Strong knowledge of standard residential plumbing repairs
• Drain cleaning experience preferred
