This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties . The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and can confidently work independently in the field. Our technicians handle a wide variety of service and repair calls, giving you the opportunity to work on different plumbing systems, equipment, and challenging projects while continuing to develop your skills. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems Troubleshoot water, drain, waste, and vent systems to identify the cause of plumbing issues Install and repair faucets, toilets, valves, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment Perform drain cleaning and stoppage removal using professional drain-cleaning equipment Perform sewer and plumbing camera inspections to identify blockages, damage, and other issues Install and repair water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing layouts when required Use hand tools, power tools, pipe-threading equipment, drain machines, inspection cameras, and other plumbing equipment Complete plumbing installations and repairs in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements Assist with commercial construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and plumbing installation projects as needed Safely operate company vehicles and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Document work performed, materials used, and job conditions accurately Take required job-site photos and provide clear service notes Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs and solutions Provide customers with a positive service experience from arrival through completion Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition Perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of plumbing service and repair experience preferred Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance Experience with drain cleaning equipment and sewer/plumbing inspection cameras Ability to read and understand plumbing plans, drawings, and layouts Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment Working knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements Basic math skills for measurements, material calculations, and job requirements Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle Ability to lift and carry plumbing equipment and materials Ability to work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging job-site conditions when required Ability to work independently while also being a team player Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality What We're Looking For We want a plumber who can diagnose the problem, explain the solution, and complete the work correctly.
