We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer / Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and wants to grow with a professional team. This is a hands-on field position for an experienced plumber who can complete plumbing installations and repairs safely, professionally, and according to company standards. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of an assigned job—from understanding the scope of work and preparing the necessary materials to completing the installation, documenting the work, and delivering a professional finished product to the customer. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs Install and replace traditional and tankless water heaters Install, repair, and replace water lines Install, repair, and replace gas lines Perform sewer repairs and replacements Install and replace toilets, faucets, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions Complete sold plumbing work according to the approved scope of work Read and understand estimates, job scopes, and work orders Identify unexpected field conditions and communicate them promptly Prepare necessary materials, tools, and equipment before beginning work Perform required testing before completing installations Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Protect customers' homes and property while performing work Complete job photos, notes, and documentation accurately Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Assist other technicians and crews when needed Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience preferred Strong hands-on plumbing installation and repair experience Experience installing and replacing water heaters Experience with water-line installation and repair Experience with gas-line installation and repair Experience with sewer repair and replacement Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to understand and follow an approved scope of work Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to perform physically demanding plumbing work Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred Experience - A Plus, Not Required Experience in the following areas is a plus: Trenchless sewer replacement Epoxy pipe lining or coating Sewer camera inspections Drain and sewer equipment Commercial plumbing ServiceTitan or similar field-service software Trenchless and epoxy experience is not required. We are interested in experienced plumbers with strong fundamentals who are willing to learn and develop additional skills.
