Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs effectively Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and compliance with local building codes Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future issues Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems during renovation projects Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and installations for quality assurance and compliance purposes Must have basic tools to complete daily plumbing task Must have basic plumbing knowledge Experience Minimum 3 years as an experienced plumber Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, water systems maintenance, and plumbing system inspection cameras Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and understanding mechanical concepts related to plumbing systems Knowledge of local building codes and regulations governing plumbing work Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while working on construction sites or remodeling projects Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Prior handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project involvement Join our team if you're eager to bring your construction plumbing expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
