We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Part-Time Plumbing Technician to join our team. Job Summary As a Plumbing Technician , you will travel to assigned residential and commercial properties to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on plumbing experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to complete work orders professionally and efficiently. Plumbing work will include both routine service calls and more involved repairs, including leak diagnosis and repair, fixture replacement, garbage disposal installation, clogged drains, and other residential and commercial plumbing repairs. The technician may also assist with general property maintenance as needed. Plumbing Experience & Requirements 4+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, fittings, valves, drains, and water supply lines Experience diagnosing and repairing plumbing leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and other plumbing issues Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls and work orders Must have your own plumbing tools and equipment Experience using property management software; AppFolio is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize work orders Spanish speaking is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Position Details Part-Time $35.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) eligible after 90 days of employment Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Access to onsite amenities, including: Fitness Center Game Room Mother's Room Job Responsibilities Plumbing Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues Troubleshoot leaks and perform leak repairs Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, valves, supply lines, and other plumbing fixtures Install and replace garbage disposals Clear clogged drains and troubleshoot drainage issues Repair or replace plumbing components as needed Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential problems Communicate plumbing findings and recommended repairs clearly to property managers Maintain accurate records of plumbing work completed through property management software Ensure all plumbing work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and company requirements Travel between properties as needed Demonstrate the ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns professionally and prevent unnecessary escalation Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance throughout the workday and whenever present at a rental property Core Values To achieve success, the Arrow Maintenance Corporation team must embrace: 1st class business, 1st class way Open, honest, and direct communication Team is the source of our strength Integrity Have fun and give back!
