Position Summary As a Plumbing Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while delivering dependable workmanship and excellent customer service. This role combines hands-on technical skill with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and problem-solving. You will work on a variety of plumbing projects, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs or installations to code—ensuring systems operate correctly and clients are satisfied with the results. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the most effective solution based on system conditions Perform troubleshooting to identify leaks, clogs, pressure issues, and other plumbing failures Complete work in accordance with safety standards, building codes, and job specifications Communicate clearly with customers and team members about service needs, findings, and next steps Required Qualifications 3 years experience working on residential or commercial plumbing repairs and installations Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and common troubleshooting methods Ability to read and interpret basic plumbing diagrams and job instructions Commitment to working safely and following established procedures and code requirements Willingness to work onsite in San Diego, CA, as needed for assigned jobs Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues, including drainage and water supply systems Experience working independently while maintaining consistent quality and productivity Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in customer-facing situations Experience with basic maintenance and preventative inspection practices Compensation Hourly rate: $20.00 - $50.00
