We aren't looking for a guy who just wants to punch a clock, hide in the van, and do the bare minimum. We are looking for a Lead Plumber who wants to hustle, run their calls like it's their own business, and actually see the financial payoff. We are growing fast. What We Bring to the Table We pay for performance. Period. Base Pay +
Bonuses:
You get a rock-solid, highly competitive hourly base pay, plus an aggressive bonus and commission structure on top of it. You hustle, you close, you make more money. No cap.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day Run Your Truck:
Handle residential and commercial service, high-end leak repairs, and diagnostic calls from start to finish without needing someone to hold your hand.
Pipe It Right:
Lead the charge on new construction rough-ins, high-quality remodels, and commercial build-outs.
Gas & Commercial Work:
Safely run and troubleshoot fuel gas lines and tackle heavy commercial systems. Close the
Ticket:
Talk to homeowners and property managers like a professional. Educate them, give them options, and close the sale to drive revenue on your truck. Look the
Part:
Keep your truck organized, your uniform clean, and your work area spotless. We are professionals, and we look like it. What You Need to
Bring The Experience:
5+ years of real plumbing experience (Service, Repair, and Remodel/New Construction).
The Know-How:
You need to know your way around commercial plumbing systems and fuel gas piping.
The Drive:
You don't need someone looking over your shoulder. You know how to diagnose, quote, fix, and close out a job on your own.
The Paperwork:
A valid Florida driver's license with a clean record. You must be able to pass a standard background check.
The Extras:
