Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and meet deadlines efficiently. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair. Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques, including pipe threading, welding, and schematics reading. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and general building infrastructure. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and schematics for accurate work execution. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for precise installations. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during projects. Experience with remodeling projects or maintenance person tasks that require versatile skills in assembly or carpentry. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to operate vehicles necessary for transporting materials or equipment.
